RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a WM SAP Business Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the direct link between the Supply Chain organization and IT to listen, collaborate and advise the business on solution options to achieve the desired results
  • This role is responsible for the support of the Warehouse Management and Logistics organizations for this fast-growing company
  • This support will include the day to day operational support as well as the implementation of new capabilities aligned with business priorities
  • Collaborate with Central IT solution architects to evaluate design alternatives, select the appropriate solution and meet or exceed our business client expectations
  • Strong business acumen for finance and controlling business processes as well as solid SAP functional knowledge to advise and recommend the best out-of-the-box SAP solution option to fully meet the business requirements
  • Follow Central IT application lifecycle management standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the support and/or maintenance of our internal systems
  • Participate in the SAP implementation project as part of the Extended Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution team responsible for implementing SAP EWM and LE modules for the US
  • Shadow SAP System Integrator functional resources to ensure the effective knowledge transfer of the Sigma US SAP project deliverables to the Sigma IT team
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications to enable the Central IT organization to provide solutions
  • Provide day to day support, implement fixes and deploy additional functionality
  • Develop and execute functional unit test cases in support of new application functionality provided by the Central IT team to confirm the solution meets the business requirements
  • Work with cross functional teams to perform test activities (e.g. integration, performance)
