The Global SAP platform Architect is part of the Global Enterprise Architecture team responsible for SAP platform strategy and roadmap for various SAP systems S/4 Fashion, AFS, MDG, SAP IBP, Fiori. This l role must also create an technology blueprint that enables SAP as a 'digital platform'.

The leader will leverage his deep expertise in SAP Cloud Development, SCP and CPI & APIs, Cloud Migration, and Cloud Infrastructure knowledge and capabilities and create as an opportunity for business enablement and competitive advantage for Hanes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for SAP Platform Reference Architecture, Current state, transition state and target state views and roadmaps for deployments
• Define SAP UI/UX strategy, SAP Fiori, SAP environment strategy including promote to production strategies and methods.
• Drive innovative solutions for Hybrid and Enterprise Cloud deployments including assisting in creating a technology roadmap and architecture to meet the business requirements of a modern cloud application platform including developing prototypes to prove out new technology and validate use-cases
• Inform stakeholders on enterprise architecture practices, frameworks and/or tools including developing enterprise architecture models, documentation and best practices
• Guide the work of System Engineers, Cloud Account Managers, Technical Consultants, and extended teams as these resources install, configure, test and maintain cloud services from Azure and AWS, operating systems, application software, management tools including ensuring security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred in information systems, computer science or engineering.
• Years of Related Professional Experience: 10+ years
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in designing, deploying, and implementing SAP environments in Private, Public and Hybrid Data Center Technologies in accordance with industry best practices
• Expert knowledge in SAP HEC, SCP, Fiori, CPI, SAP intelligent technologies
• Expert knowledge about architecting SAP platforms and related backend solutions such as backup, content management, data center tools related to monitoring & orchestration, archiving including cloud deployment and migration strategies
• Thorough understanding of Cloud Computing: virtualization technologies, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS Cloud delivery models and the current competitive landscape including understanding of infrastructure (firewalls, load balancers, hypervisor, storage, monitoring, security etc.) and have experience with orchestration to develop a cloud solution. SAP certification preferred
• Good understanding of technologies such as ESB/SOA, Microservices, Data Management, Analytics and Machine Learning, RPA, Cloud and technologies
