Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to working individually and as part of multi-discipline, cross-functional teams to Lead, or contribute to, the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy including planning, material information and financial flows, manufacturing and logistics; Lead or participate in multi-function supply chain projects with an emphasis on project planning, supply chain modeling/analysis and optimization of cost, service and inventory; Participate in the design, development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain designs, strategies, models, processes, business intelligence and tools to support business growth; Identify gaps and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.

Works in conjunction with Information Technology partners to ensure system framework addresses business requirements. Implements, tests, troubleshoots and improves business systems to increase manufacturing quality, efficiency and volume including information tools, algorithms, dashboards and queries to monitor and improve business performance.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent.
  • Typically 5+ years relevant experience or equivalent for entry to this level.
  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Access
  • Experience with large-scale data sets used for data/text mining, analysis, modeling and predicting to enable informed business decisions
  • Preferred: Post-graduate and/or certification/ license; experience working in GMP/ISO compliant environments; Six Sigma, LEAN manufacturing experience.
