Optomi, in partnership with a global leader for the manufacturing and distribution of automotive parts, is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors System Analyst to join their team in Gastonia, NC.

The SAP SuccessFactors Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for implementing business requirements, processes, and providing daily support to users as it pertains to Human Resources (HR) systems, Payroll systems, and software systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ECP solutions). He or she will liaison between Human Resources, Payroll and Information Technology. This individual will drive the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, and  Software system, contributing as a subject matter expert to the development and execution of a strategy for operational excellence within the HR function.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a combination of education and related experience
  • 5+ years of technical/functional experience with enterprise-wide HR systems, working with SuccessFactors for at least 3 of those years
  • Knowledge of multiple time reporting platforms and demonstrated the ability to learn new technologies including Kronos and Kronos Time Clocks
  • Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the technical changes as defined by the business to replace PeopleSoft with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Perform and coordinate routine maintenance activities with the business and vendors that include updates and regular service maintenance.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership regarding HRIS/Benefits, and other HR systems, tools that support HR processes and reporting activities.
  • Acts as liaison between the HR teams, key business partners and IT.
  • Supports in planning, scheduling and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify, log, analyze and manage potential and actual issues and risks.
  • Facilitates meeting and coordinates status reports and approvals on deliverables.
  • Serves as day-to-day advisor to managers and employees regarding the SAP/SSF system.
  • Maintains a strong focus on customer satisfaction by delivering predictable, repeatable project results.
