Position Overview
Sr. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ONB 2.0 Consultant
Requirements:
- Provide high-level solution design and integration design
- Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives.
- Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables
- Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client.
- Lead design workshops with the client.
- Provide impact assessment for Half yearly Releases.
- Enrich and develop reusable (accelerators, enablers) for SuccessFactors
Mandatory Skills:
- 12+ years of SAP experience as an SAP Senior Consultant having experience in both SuccessFactors/On-Premise's system who have done at least 4 implementation projects as a lead consultant.
- Lead development of SAP SuccessFactors/On Premise solution blueprint to meet business requirements.
- Successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SuccessFactors BizX Talent Modules, including ONB2.0, Goals, Performance, Compensation, Learning, Succession, this includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of SuccessFactors BizX applications. Configure SuccessFactors and Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions.
- Assist clients in comparison of SAP HCM application solutions and SuccessFactors HR application solutions and making recommendations as to the best-fit for the client's needs Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap.
- Understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs.
- Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors
- Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
- Strong problem solver with the ability to analyze cause and effect relationships
- Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed
- Showcase ownership to resolve / coordinate issues within SLA
Technical Skills for EC and ONB2.0
- Responsible for complete end-to- end implementation cycle (including Kickoff, requirement gathering, business process design & documentation Feasibility & workaround study, Delivering iterations, unit & user acceptance Testing & process adoption).
- Configured position management defining positioning generic object, permission checks, job code rules, approval workflows, creation of positions etc.
- Setting up Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, CSF Corporate Data model and CSF Succession Data model.
- Creation of Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, modifying the Business Rules. Creation of MDF custom portlet and adding it to Employee Profile.
- Created Holidays, Holiday Calendars, Work schedules, Time types, Time account types and generate accruals according to requirement.
- Worked on various scenarios and created and adjusted Business rules based on client requirement.
- Worked as Implementation consultant for Onboarding 2.0 module.
- Configuring an Applicant Status Set for Onboarding 2.0 and Enabling Recruiting Users to Initiate Onboarding Process.
- Configuring the Event Reason for New Hire and Creating Onboarding Option in Source of Record.
- Role-Based Permissions for Administrators in Onboarding 2.0.
- System configuration- Email Services, configure object definition, Tasks, Rules, Forms, Recruit to Hire Data Mapping.
- Created Onboarding 2.0 process via the Process Variant Manager tool.
- Created different Onboarding programs, Responsible groups.
