As a Project System Business Analyst you can expect to:

  • Work alongside other business analysts and process leads. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. SAP PS experience is a must. 

Here’s what you’ll work on:

  • Facilitating reviews of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing optimization strategies.
  • Perform requirements analysis.
  • Document and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business requirements and needs.
  • Perform user acceptance testing.
  • Design and maintain training, design, process, and decision documents.
  • Collaborate with other analysts for reporting, testing, and training.
  • The business analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
  • Responsible for the analysis and research of specific business functions with the ability to create effective solutions.
  • Day-to-Day ownership of requirements delivery based on business needs and project timelines.
  • Will prepare status and management reporting as required.
