TEKsystems current client needs a senior SAP FICO consultant for a short term engagement. This would start off as a 1-month assignment but there's a likelihood that it will be extended and that the client would also utilize this consultant for future special projects. On an ongoing basis, client could use consultant periodically as needed for a period of 6 months+.
Ideally this person will be local to the Denver area but client will also entertain consultants who are out of state and would like to work remotely from home.
The Finance department has a list of items they need completed by this consultant, skills needed include:
Strong Accounts Receivable/Billing Experience.
* Project analysis, user requirements gathering to determine feasibility of the request, and determination whether the requirements can be met by:
o Standard SAP Functionality
o SAP Configuration Changes
o SAP Development
* Hands on SAP Configuration Expertise
* Technical Requirements Development
* Documentation and Training materials for whichever solution is used (Standard, Config or Development)

One potential project involves assisting with Trading Partner functionality, particularly with the GL module.

There will be a significant amount of requirements gathering involved, as well as configuration in SAP. Consultant MUST have outstanding communication skills and have the ability to work with the business, specifically the finance and accounting teams.
Client MIGHT be open to someone working remotely if a local candidate can't be found.
