SharedLABS is in need of 4 (four) Sr SAP FICO Analysts for long term contracts.
3 will sit in NYC, New York - expenses paid during work week; travel, accommodation, meals
1 will sit in Cleveland, OH - expenses paid during work week; travel, accommodation, meals
Potential candidates MUST have very good communication skills with past experience working with all levels within an organization to include executive levels.
Potential canddiates MUST have strong configuration experience.
Responsibilities:
Work with business users to gather requirements specific to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, GL, Treasury, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.
Lead requirements gathering workshops presenting standard SAP process flows, conduct system demonstrations, and providing insight on how standard SAP processes can support a customers' business process.
Configure SAP systems, test new functionality, and provide on-going support based on requirements collected.
Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations to the business.
Support cross-functional business processes in Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution with a focus on Finance and Controlling.
Ability to work closely with business personnel to understand pain areas and provide insight and process improvements. Areas of focus will include but are not limited to GL, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Element/Cost Center Accounting, Costing, AR, and AP, collections, dispute management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years' experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (preferably S4HANA Finance or S4HANA Cloud)
Knowledge with design/configuration and testing for core FICO areas: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, CCA, CO-PA, CO-PC
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members
Proactive and organized approach to support a fast-paced production support environment
