JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently hiring a Senior SAP Configuration Analyst in Boston, MA, Cincinnati, OH, & Breinigsville, PA (Hybrid).The Senior SAP Configuration Analyst is responsible for supporting all facets of BBC's SAP implementation, including performing lead configuration/analysis activities for strategic business initiatives to deliver new SAP system functionality, managing the design, development, implementation, and support of system enhancements, and driving optimization of SAP configuration to streamline business processes. Additionally, this position will be responsible for responding to user issues and requests, ensuring stability, and continuing operations, and ensuring the adherence to all Sarbanes/Oxley IT controls.What You'll Brew:  Take a leadership role in defining, implementing, and supporting solutions that support IT project initiatives.Manage tasks through all project lifecycle phases (Define, Design, Develop, Implement and Support).Explore, understand and implement new SAP modules and functionality.Support SAP Business Process Owners to ensure business process design and supporting SAP configuration is in line with the business needs.Perform advanced SAP Configuration Changes that meet user requirements.Develop functional specification documents & work with developers on SAP projects and enhancements related to interfaces, conversions, custom programs, reports, user-exits and forms.Produce testing scenario documents and test plans.Perform Unit, System and Regression Testing in our development and QA environments.Provide user level application support to the local brewery users by responding to problems, debugging systems and troubleshooting to correct the problems as needed. Provide customer service (level 2 help desk) for SAP issues both via phone and in person.Ensure all standards, policies, and Sarbanes Oxley controls are consistently followed.Document & maintain system configuration and user access.Facilitate development and delivery of training and training materials.Adhere to IT department policies and procedures when performing tasks so as to ensure controls are in place and departmental goals are met.What Ingredients You'll Bring:Minimum Requirements    Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or comparable work experience6+ years Information Technology experience, with 5 or more years functional SAP experience, including hands on configuration.Knowledgeable in the integration points between SAP PP, WM, FI, MM and SD.Experience with requirements gathering and process design.Experience with interfaces using BAPI, IDOC, BDC, LSMW, and call transaction update methods.Must have strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.Ability to search and apply OSS notes.Preferred Requirements    Formal SAP Certification (Release 5.0 and higher) in SD, MM, PP, LE, FI and/or CO Modules.Familiarity with ABAP programming language and ABAP program debugging.Familiarity with technical SAP transactions and tables.Experience with SAP in a Windows/Oracle environmentExperience with SAP in a Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project)Experience with Bartender Labeling software and Winshuttle Conversion tools.Some Perks:Our people are our most important "ingredient."
