As a Staff SAP Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Supply Chain Team of Qorvo's IT Enterprise Business Applications organization.
You will collaborate solutions and roadmap to business and technology leaders, achieve buy-in from all stakeholders and ensure these solutions achieve Qorvo's business goals and adhere to enterprise architecture standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend fit to standard and sustainable solutions in SAP Supply chain (SAP ECC/S4HANA, QM,PP, PM) with a thorough understanding of up and downstream functional impact/implications
  • Reviewing and documenting business capability needs and creating winning solutions leveraging frameworks and structured approaches, with the ability of breaking down complex problems into manageable deliverables
  • Collaborate with business partners in understanding their business requirements and translating them into end-to-end scalable solutions.
  • Build high quality documentation of business requirements (RTMs), business processes, configuration, functional and technical specifications
  • Adhere Lean principles: develop and maintain IT standard work processes, role definition, meet KPIs/SLAs, identify areas of improvement, systematic problem solving and continuous improvements
  • Applies extensive knowledge of both SAP and third-party applications using fit to standard approach to satisfy business requirements in a dynamic environment.
  • Ensure best in class service delivery of IT solutions using agile methodology focusing on velocity, quality and scalability through a team consisting of both internal resources and third-party AMS suppliers.
  • Key SAP Supply Chain player in the business transformation program
  • Champions BDAT methodology (Business Process > DATA> Application > Technology) and drives standard out of box COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) system options

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business
  • 10+ years of cumulative work experience in SAP Supply chain area (SAP ECC/S4HANA, QM,PP, PM)
  • Both breadth and depth expertise in Supply Chain, Advanced Planning and execution business processes and related system solutions
  • At least one large-scale Green Field SAP S4/HANA full cycle implementation and business transformation experience is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of business practices and SAP S4HANA solution capabilities for the in-scope business processes, including finance, procurement, supply chain management, manufacturing, quality management, logistics, order to cash and Procure to Pay.
  • Knowledge of S4HANA Solution Stack, Technology and Architecture with deep process and cross functional knowledge across different business functions.
  • Solid experience with IT processes related to Change management, SOX controls, Release Management and SDLC using agile methodology
  • Have experience in leading and deploying out of the box solution options over customized solutions.
  • Have experience in driving and influencing business and IT teams to drive a fit to standard solution.
  • Working knowledge on business process standards (APQC, SCOR, ARIS etc..) as an enterprise BPMN tools
  • Proven working experience with AMS partners
  • Ability to work independently with little oversight and direction.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work closely with others on intangible issues across organizational and business-entity boundaries.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
  • Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
