Our client is a large organization with offices throughout all of North America. They focus on providing medical services as well as manufacturing medical devices and developing medical software used for patient care.

Team/Project Description:
Interfaces with business leaders and end-users from corporate departments and business areas to scope, design, implement and manage the project to deliver solutions to the business. Understanding of solutions design and implementation, including requirements definition, data acquisition processes, data modeling, process automation, escalation procedures, construction and deployment.

Technical Environment?
SAP, OCR, FICO, Concur

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Strong SAP FI and CO knowledge and experience, SAP certified application consultant preferred.
5+ years experience with SAP Account Payable, e-Invoicing solution, Lucernex lease management solution, and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
3+ years of hands-on experience in the development, implementation and ongoing support of Imaging and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software, using the Kofax application suite is preferred. Experience with Captiva, Open Text, and IBM Data Cap or equivalent would be considered applicable.
4 - 5 years of project management experience as Project manager in large scale software implementation projects in the complex Account Payable environment.
Responsible for compliance with relevant regulatory bodies in the execution of software projects and related business processes. In addition, assists in managing the creation of policies and procedures for the business to meet these standards.
Manage projects in the execution of identified software technology solutions. Complete project level performance reviews as well as participate in the completion of annual performance reviews for employees.
Biggest Technical Challenge?

Finding someone who is the actually Managing projects and hasnt reported into the PM or shared major responsibilities.

Communication is key. Must be able to manage projects and have experience working at the C-Suite Level.

Required Skills:
PMP certification.

There will be no direct reports however will be responsible for managing people in the groups. Must be able to bring project from inception through to post implementation.
