The Sr. Manager serves as a key technology leader with strategic responsibility formanaging a budget, leading a team, and realizing a cross-functional roadmap to ensure the organization meets its goals. The Sr. Manager helps ensure technology processes are consistent, enabled, measured, and improved to drive quality in Technology Services. The Sr. Manager will oversee the management, implementation, and support of SAP S/4 HANA for Vistra. The Sr. Manager is also responsible for hiring, training, and leading a large team of employees and contractors, as needed,that understand and demonstrate the culture and values of Technology Services.
* Manage the process of designing, developing, deployingand maintaining tools and processes to support operations for Technology. * Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP S/4 HANA for our organization, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices * Ensure alignment between processes and toolsets, modifying systems where needed to deliver desired results. * Measure and improve process and tool maturity and compliance. In-Depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA architecture, functionalities, and integration with other SAP modules and enterprise system * Oversee execution of operational activities and measure process quality and compliance (incident handling, process execution, etc.) * Establish roadmap to maintain currency, incorporate new features, and delivery TS objectives through technology solutions. * Partner across multiple technology teams to identify dependencies, align roadmaps and deliver cross-functional value. Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
* Experience gained through college degree programs orcertifications in Information Systems,Business, orComputerScience * 12+ years of working in an IT environment * 5-8 years of technology team management experience * Excellent interpersonal, communication and teaming skills. * Ability to navigate technology environment and work effectively with multiple teams. * Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable. * Ability to learn quickly, be self motivated to improve knowledge and tackle new challenges. * Ability to prioritize requests to deliver highest-impacting items first. * Articulate business value of technology solutions. * Proven ability to develop team members. Key Metrics
* Team member engagement across technology department * Tools adoption and usage, where appropriate * Implement improvements that result in reduced operating or capital expense * Implement automation that results in increased operational efficiency and decreased operational cost. * Team member retention / development.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and performance of SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects.
Provide leadership and support for post-implementation activities, including system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing system support and maintenance.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful integration of SAP S/4 HANA with other enterprise systems and applications.
Proven experience as a Senior Manager overseeing SAP implementations, specifically with SAP S/4 HANA, in large and complex organizations.
Solid understanding of change management principles and experience in driving user adoption and change within an organization.
SAP certification(s) in relevant areas is highly desirable
