JOB SUMMARY
Perform complex analysis and programming, design, testing, and debugging work related to the implementation, enhancement, integration, upgrade and support of Charter’s SAP systems. This position understands the business context of requirements to develop solutions accordingly while ensuring quality within SAP specific domains (S/4HANA). Additionally, this role mentors and assists other team members.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the consumer experience.

• Design, implement, and deliver complex products for users.
• Define, document, design, code, test and deploy workflows, reports, integrations, customizations, enhancements and forms primarily using ABAP, Fiori, Cloud Platform Integration Services and other SAP specific tools.
• Establish standards for documenting, testing and releasing code and then ensure those standards are met on an ongoing basis.
• Work as part of the development team to respond, clarify or define specific application behavior, look/feel and function.
• Diagnose complex issues, evaluate, recommend and execute the best resolution.
• Drives resolution when an issue is isolated to respective domain.
• Manage detailed application requirements and collaborate with project /development teams to ensure quality function, features and user experience.
• Develop, modify, enhance and implement software systems designed to support new or existing business initiatives.
• Influence system design by identifying and recommending design and requirements needs for software enhancements.
• Test software code to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements.
• Write code that meets the requirements and design specifications.
• Ensure code is written based on established policies, fully documented, and unit tested.
• Participate in design and wireframe review to provide a technical perspective on implementation.
• Ensure alignment between the business operational strategies and technical solutions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms
• In-depth understanding of SAP solutions, including, but not limited to, S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori, Cloud Platform Integration Services, CDS View, and ODATA
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies a plus
• Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Excellent time management practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field or equivalent work experience.
