Responsible for implementing and supporting Qlik SAP Data Solutions. The position requires recent SAP technical/functional experience and the ability to quickly learn software implementation and support processes. Requires recent SAP Data Modelling and Data Warehouse experience. This position provides the opportunity to work with various SAP companies around the world, helping them overcome their data management challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure Qlik SAP Data Solutions for new customers
• Provide troubleshooting support to existing customers
• Provide onsite and remote services to existing customers
• Conduct user training sessions in classroom and individual setting
• Assist in testing and validating new software updates and releases
• Update support portal with new content

Location: Remote (USA)

Qualifications:

• Five years of recent experience in an SAP ECC technical or functional area
• Understanding of SAP ECC application architecture and system landscapes
• Basic understanding of SAP ECC and S4/HANA data model
• Functional and technical knowledge of SAP Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
• Ability to explain SAP application architecture and system landscapes to customers
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral/written) and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, onsite and remotely, as well as independently with minimal supervision
• Technical documentation, organizational and technical presentation skills
• Ability to travel within North America, up to 50%
