Job Description:

• The Senior Technology Program Manager will manage multiple enterprise programs, projects or workstreams supporting the product strategy and execution for the migration from SAP ECC 6.0 pack 8 to SAP S/4 Hana.
• To be effective in the role the PM must have proven experience successfully designing, developing, and leading large-scale SAP S/4 HANA implementations driving the technology initiative from planning, requirements, and data migration, through execution and implementation for a very large-scale matrix organization ~80K+ stakeholders, end users.
• IT PM will join the current IT Program team and will be accountable for scope, schedule, budget, and quality of one of more projects within the multi-year global program.
• The IT PM will partner/collaborate with technical delivery leaders, project managers, vendors/system integrators, and business teams.
• IT PM will oversee and align with 3rd party vendor/system integrator PMs to ensure deliverables are complete in a timely manner.
• IT PM is responsible for project budget, forecast, reconciliation for programs of high complexity and large budgets (> ***M).
• IT PM must be able to facilitate technical conversations with the goal to illicit issues/risks migration throughout the course of the initiative.

Misc:

• The Senior Technology Program Manager SAP S/4 Hana will be responsible for managing enterprise-level programs and/or multiple projects within the Enterprise Technology portfolio. The Senior Technology Program Manager within EnTech, is a senior program level role responsible for program level ownership of complex large-scale technology-driven projects across a diverse portfolio supporting all aspects of EnTech and its partners.
• The Senior Technology Program Manager will also be responsible for developing a consolidated view of the program, and for program deliverables including issue/risk management, cross-project dependencies, risk analysis, financials, stakeholder coordination, and regular communication of status. This individual will work closely with various project owners to define the project team and assign responsibilities.

The Senior Technology Program Manager SAP S/4 Hana will:

• be embedded within a solution delivery team and will manage a migration from SAP ECC 6.0 pack 8 to SAP S/4 Hana for a global large-scale matrix organization with internal and external partners, and ~100K application owners across multiple project teams and segments
• be accountable for scope, quality, schedule, and costs of the program/projects
• partner/collaborate with technical delivery leaders, project managers, business teams to manage the end-to-end program
• have proven experience leading integration projects driving the initiative from planning, requirements gathering, through execution and implementation time, cost, scope, quality
• facilitate technical conversations with the goal to illicit issues/risks migration throughout the course of the initiative

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of technology program management experience managing middleware integrations, large financial transformational programs, and projects in a large-scale matrix organization; responsible for schedule, budget, and scope; oversight of multiple project managers and vendors/SI partners
• 8+ years of program/project management experience working with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and continuous integrations and delivery; with solid experience using agile delivery tools
• Proven experience managing project budgets/forecasts/reconcilation greater than ***M USD
• Proven experience leading SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4 Hana programs/projects with the ability to lead and drive planning, execution, illicit technical issues, and risks
• Proven experience as a Project, Program or Application Delivery Manager leading enhancements, migrations, or integrations with delivery teams and platforms. PM must have the ability to understand one or more of the following application development tools and techniques:
  

  • SAP S/4 Hana
  • SAP ECC 6.0 pack 8

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead others across all levels of the organization
• Proven vendor management experience on global programs/projects
