Job Overview
We have a newly created opportunity for a Sr. Technical SAP Business Analyst to join our team. This role can be based at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL (near O'Hare). In this role you will work on a global team to support and implement SAP MM (ECC and S4 Hana) and procurement applications in our business units.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze as is business processes, document to be business processes and complete Business Process Procedure documents as part of the blueprint process
  • Write and execute unit and integration test scripts as well as perform regression testing for any enhancements affecting global objects
  • Create training material related to purchasing business process and provide training as part of a deployment project
  • Write a functional specification document to provide to developer for changes to SAP (ECC and S4 Hana)
  • Complete configuration in SAP, test new configuration
  • Perform research online as needed to provide solutions to technical issues in SAP (ECC and S4 Hana) and procurement applications
  • Complete analysis of functionality available to meet business requirements or to propose process improvements
  • Attend meetings, conference calls and Teams meetings for project rollouts and enhancements
  • Communicate with peers on cross functional activities related to project rollouts and enhancements
  • Perform data mapping exercise and execute data migration programs
  • Work with external consultants to be sure we follow current business processes and to make sure there is documentation of work done by the consultants so we can provide support going forward

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience to include: Configuring, testing and supporting SAP (ECC and S4 Hana) MM, as well as assisting SAP (ECC and S4 Hana) business users on standard functionality and business processes and testing of new functionality.
  • Business knowledge should include all phases of system development, from analysis though project planning, through implementation and support
  • Working knowledge of databases, applications and data integration interfaces
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in performing root cause analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience creating or modifying training documentation and providing training to end users
  • Ability to write queries and debug ABAP a plus
  • ALE/EDI/CIF interface experience a plus
  • SAP S/4 HANA experience required
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus, especially Spanish, Portuguese, French, Mandarin, Russian or Polish
