Our client in the Jurupa Valley, CA area is adding to their team of SAP Professionals and is staffing for a Senior SAP HANA Basis and Security Engineer to oversee day-to-day management of SAP HANA and MAXDB databases.

• Design and implement of SAP HANA security policies and roles to support SAP application teams and developers.
• Routinely performs HP UNIX hardware and SAP software systems monitoring and performance tuning as required.
• Install new or rebuild existing SAP HANA servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, storage, patches, e.g. in accordance with standards and project/operation requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or combined equivalent education, work experience and skills in Computer environment with strong knowledge of software systems.
• Ten plus years' work experience with Computer Systems, specifically in the area of SAP systems development and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Window, HP S/W, H/W, EMC SAN, HP OM, Data Protector backup/recovery, HP Sys Insight Manager, SAP ERP, SAP BW HANA and SAP SOLUTION MANAGER.
