· - As the Senior Finance Business Lead you will be responsible to support the North American finance organization with SAP support, enhancement definition and documentation, and projects supporting the finance business integrated with SAP.

· Support the IT landscape supporting the North American finance organization

· Support weekly / monthly update meetings with Executives and business leads

· Manage global delivery center and 3rd party vendors for both maintenance and project activities

· Ensure availability of SAP production system applications at all times

· Support and manage changes to system integrations inbound and outbound from SAP

· Manage projects and enhancement delivery from idea to design and delivery working with our global delivery team

· Support training of end users and other AMS team members

· Coordinate and support end of Month and year end activities

· Support the monitoring and analysis of support supplier KPIs
