Senior Project System Business Analyst - SAP - Implementation

Here’s what you’ll work on:

• Facilitating reviews of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing optimization strategies.
• Perform requirements analysis.
• Document and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensuring solutions meet business requirements and needs.
• Perform user acceptance testing.
• Design and maintain training, design, process, and decision documents.
• Collaborate with other analysts for reporting, testing, and training.
• The business analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

• Responsible for the analysis and research of specific business functions with the ability to create effective solutions.
• Day-to-Day ownership of requirements delivery based on business needs and project timelines.
• Will prepare status and management reporting as required.

Required skills:        

• Strong background in financial/controlling and general business requirements gathering / analyzing (agile story writing a plus)
• Strong knowledge of the SAP PS module (S/4 Hana knowledge a plus)
• Be able to facilitate a meeting of 5 or more people
• Knowledge of the SAP FI-CO module a plus.
• Qualifications:
• Industry: 3 - 5 years in the Aerospace and defense industry a plus
• Business Analyst: 3 - 5 years (Required)
• Agile: 2 years (Plus)
• SAP: 5 years plus as a SAP PS business analyst (SAP Hana knowledge a plus)
