We have partnered together with a local Manufacturing company to find a Sr. IT Manager, SAP - FICO (Direct Hire) to join their team in Wisconsin.

Title: Sr. IT Manager, SAP - FICO (Direct Hire)

Responsibilities:
Ensure Finance business requirements for various Financial accounting, Treasury, and Tax packages and related functions are translated into detailed functional specifications and consider cross functional impacts, associated risks, cost benefit analysis, business justification, audit guidelines and global support requirements
Ensure HR business requirements for various Human Resources, L&D, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll systems are translated into detailed functional specifications and consider cross functional impacts, associated risks, cost benefit analysis, business justification, audit guidelines and global support requirements
Develop and oversee project plans, resource and capacity planning, testing, deployment, and documentation processes
Discuss and implement process improvements, maintain an awareness of functional best practices, and partner with the user community and business user leadership about future technology needs and the development of a technology roadmap for Finance and HR
Meet regularly with Finance and HR leadership, including vice presidents, directors, and managers in KMC and KMC/KAC shared services to build strong partnerships and ensure alignment.
Develop, coach and mentor a team of highly functional and technical staff through daily and project related opportunities.
Manage complex projects including application development package roll-out.
Manage budgetary spend for multiple projects and accounts

Education/Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field
10+ years of IT experience working with SAP finance (FICO) and related systems
IT experience supporting SAP HCM related systems, preferred
IT experience supporting systems such as Concur, Taxware, Open Text VIM and/or SuccessFactors is strongly preferred
5+ years of IT management experience in SAP FICO and related systems
IT management in SAP HCM or related HR systems is a plus
Experience leading system implementations and upgrades
Experience working on global IT application projects
Experience working with IT infrastructure team (e.g. networks, help desk, break/fix) required
Functional business experience in Finance a plus
