This position will be hired into SAP Litmos, which will become an independent company under Francisco Partners in December 2022.

**About the role**

We are looking to hire a Human Resource (HR) Generalist to support our Americas market here at Litmos. The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, enforcing company policies and practices, and supporting employee relations topics.

**What youll do**

+ Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings

+ Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programsincluding but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety

+ Assists in development and implementation of human resource policies

+ Conducts employee onboarding

+ Supports and organizes training & development initiatives

+ Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications

+ Coordinates employee recognition programs

+ Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff

+ Participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigation

+ Undertakes tasks around performance management

+ Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance

+ Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologiesin human resources, talent management, and employment law

+ Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

+ Organize employee performance review process

+ Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

+ Ensure compliance with labor regulations

+ Performs other duties as assigned

**What you bring**

+ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

+ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

+ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

+ Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

+ Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

+ Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn, the organizations HRIS (Human Resources Information System)and Recruiting systems (ADP experience, a plus)

+ Desire to work in a team-driven and collaborative setting

**Education and Experience**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant years of experience.

+ 5-7 years proven experience as an HR Generalist

+ SHRM-CP, a plus
