Description
Senior Functional Analyst, SAP (Multiple Positions) (Domtar Paper Company, LLC; Fort Mill, SC): Gather, document, and prepare recommendations for business requirements and functional specifications for SAP Materials Management (MM) and Inventory Management (IM), in order to implement new systems and procedures. Analyze business data. Provide technical effort estimates, in order to perform project scheduling and resource allocation. Coordinate implementations on projects and change requests. Maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to identify future business needs. Review and assess future release functionalities and emerging technology to maximize standard functionality of current systems. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
Position Requirements
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in the following: Reviewing subcontracting processes and intercompany purchase processes; Material Master creation and Purchasing Master Data; Materials Management User-exits and customer enhancements; SAP MM integration points with PP, FI, and SD; SAP PP configuration and master data creation, including Work Center, BOM, Routing, and Shop Floor Control; Configuration, unit testing, integration, and user acceptance testing; Implementing SAP MM and IM processes; Variant Configuration; and Designing and configuring in Procurement, MRP, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory, Logistics Invoice Verification, Vendor Payments, Vendor Returns, and STO/delivery.
