+ SAP WorkForce Software professionals design, implement and deploy SAP WFS human resources solutions for personnel administration, compensation, career development, performance management, payroll, recruiting and workforce deployment. design and configures HR processes.
+ Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
+ Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client
+ Pitch in on sales efforts when needed
+ Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise
Heres What You Need:
+ Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application
+ Minimum 2 years with a leading Time Attendance product such as WorkForce Software or Kronos
+ Minimum 3 years familiarity with business applications, such as Excel or DBMS systems
+ Certification in WorkForce Software Technical PT102
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
+ Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Bonus Points If:
+ You have experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings
+ You have team lead experience
+ You have external client-facing consulting experience
+ Certification in WorkForce Software Interfaces PT103
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below. California: $67,900 to $169,800
Colorado: $67,900 to $146,700
New York City: $78,600 to $169,800
New York - Albany: $58,500 to 135,800
Washington: $72,300 to $156,200
