Must be on-site each day in Collegeville, PA

The qualified resource will perform the following activities, including (but not limited to):

• Administering and monitoring the health of client and VMware servers, both physical and virtual including OS, management, hardware, and software
• UNIX/Linux server patching
• Maintaining and administering all non-SAP applications in a Windows SAP environment (e.g. OpenText, Invoiceware, ReadSoft, and VPSX products)
• Providing timely, effective, and professional customer support
• Communicating with the client on issues and confirming problem resolutions
• Providing installation, configuration, integration, and upgrade and testing services
• Determining issues and providing resolution
• Maintaining standard operating procedures documentation
• Participating in problem resolution including the on-call rotation
• Participating in knowledge transfer and cross-training of SAP team members
• Assisting in DR activities, including participating in annual DR exercise
