Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success to plan and execute SAP Support / Development activities regarding SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Trade Promotion Management (TPM & CBP).

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success to understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success to develop strategy; as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio’s for the client’s proposed business processes.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success to configure SAP CRM and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success of configuration hands on experience in CRM and TPM. desirable.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success about integration of the CRM-BW & ECC and with external applications.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success during the life cycle of SAP implementation/support in the following areas:

  • Functional Unit Testing;

  • Integration Testing;

  • User Manual, Job Aid Preparation;

  • User Support activities;

  • Exposure to ITIL and other structured support methodologies;

  • Regular interaction with the onsite, offshore team/client;

  • Status updates in daily/weekly conference calls;

  • Cordial relationship with onsite team/client; and,

  • Preparation of test scripts and performance testing after CRM, TPM upgrade.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • SAP CRM - TPM, CBP; and,

  • CRM integration with ECC and BW(Planning)

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success configuring / defining the following in the CRM / BW/ ECC module:

  • Customer Business Planning;

  • Trade Promotion Management;

  • Sales & Distribution, Pricing, Billing, Accounting in ECC. Knowledge of COPA will be of added advantage; and,

  • Master data - Customer, Customer Hierarchy, Product, Product Hierarchy, BOM etc.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success to utilize effectively written, verbal, and presentation business communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management in a professional services business environment, including articulating technical concepts to business stakeholders and driving development efforts with clients.
