Job Description:

JOB DUTIES:

Support current systems in the functional areas that include but not limited to CRM Customer contracts, FI - FILA and FICA, Leased Asset Management. Month end settlement processing.

Also work on enhancement projects by partnering with the business to clearly identify and understand business needs, and respond with a system solution based on standard SAP functions and customizations where necessary.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Detailed knowledge of SAP related functions that support customer contracts (CRM and SD), Project Systems.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Detailed knowledge of customer contracts and related billing functions on SAP. Previous implementation experience on SAP S/4HANA.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or business.

Relevant SAP certifications are desirable and will the candidate an advantage in the selection process.

Minimum 8+ years deep Functional experience working directly with the following SAP Modules:

- Project Systems, Sales and Distribution, Customer Relationship Management, Financials (FI, FICA, FILA), Controlling, Results Analysis and MM

- Strong Technical Knowledge of at least 3 of the above SAP modules

- Multiple years supporting SAP CRM and related customization.

- Solid SAP technical knowledge including XML and IDOCS

- Ability to perform detailed analysis of configuration, data and BAPI implementations

- Detailed Knowledge of core SAP tables in the specific functional areas.

- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in Projects, Customers, Materials, FICO, SD with impacts across other functional areas.

- Previous experience as a hands on ABAP developer with the ability to review code developed by off shore teams for adherence to standards.

- Ability to review ABAP code and SAP configurations to develop a deep understanding of the systems solution that supports the corresponding business process.

- Interact with business clients to obtain understanding of business needs.

- Transform business requirements into technical solutions utilizing core SAP capabilities as well as enhancements / custom solutions. - Ability to guide other developers in implementing solutions based on self developed technical specifications.

- Detailed knowledge of SCRUM and Agile methodologies / readiness to utilize for future VES development and enhancement efforts

- Ability to troubleshoot production issues by analyzing configuration, BAPI/BADI implementations across functional domains Ability to independently develop ABAP code on the SAP platforms that are consistent with ERP standards and architecture.

- Strong IT development and SDLC skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally as part of a team as well as an independently

- Leadership skills to engage directly with the business and clearly articulate and obtain buy in for proposed SAP solutions.

Detailed knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PL/SQL. Knowledge of other development platforms other than SAP such as C and C++

Knowledge of IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, HPWC
