TEKsystems has an immediate need for 2 full time SAP Technical Support Analyst for the Denver area.


* Receive tickets from IT helpdesk that are SAP related and work the issues through resolution or pass it the correct SAP department to be handled.

* Analyzing and solving of 1st and 2nd level support tasks
* Creating or forwarding of not solvable support tickets to 3rd level
* Provide root cause analysis on 2nd level incidents
* Technical monitoring of all system interfaces and issue resolution
* Trouble ticket creation for Data Center related system errors
* Escalation of programming errors to development
* Basic administration of the system (e.g.: create new users, create new printers, limited maintenance of Batch Jobs e. g. restart, modifying of start time, error analysis)


- Previous experience providing technical support of SAP applications

- Experience with any SAP modules such as SD, MM, WD, HRM, FICO, etc.

- Taking internal tickets or call from users of SAP

- Assist in the training all key users users in SAP
