An employer is looking for an SAP Technical Manager to join their organization. This person will manage a team of architects in a hands-on management role. He/she will assist the architects with the process design, configuration, and requirement gathering for SAP Retail. Additionally, they will work on integration points to other processes and systems. This person should have knowledge in Supply Chain, Procurement, OTC, FICO, POSDTA, PMR, IM, UDF and integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP tools. The manager will work with onshore and offshore team members to ensure quality SAP ECC and S4 HANA environments. They will facilitate meetings, clarify requirements, perform code reviews, lead strategic initiatives, establish standards and help their team deliver on business requirements.

S/4 Hana Conversion Experience
15+ years of SAP Retail Experience

Experience working on a range of modules including Retail Finance, Planning, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Rebates, Pricing and Promotions, etc.

Experience with multiple SAP implementations

Strong experience working with the business and reporting to high level stakeholders

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
