Hiring Manager Updates:
This team supports tax configuration in SAP applications for Europe, US, and Latin America.
Looking for 3 SAP FI Tax Analysts
SAP consultant must have:
1) Experience in TAX. For example transactional taxes such as VA, excise, etc.
Candidate should have supported at least one country for SAP / Tax. For example, Brazil, US, Canada, Europe, Latin America, India, etc.
2) Debugging. Not look looking for a programmer, but candidate should be able to debug issues and prepare specifications for changes. Note, someone who has only updated tax codes in SAP FI is not sufficient.
3) Candidate should have experience with how SAP FI works in conjunction with another SAP module, SD, MM, SCM, etc.
4) Experience – needs to have 1 implementation or 1 configuration experience relating to Tax project / SAP.
Location: Candidate must work onsite in Houston 5 days a week.
Team: 3 SAP people and looking to hire 3 more contractors. Agile environment and the goal is to have 2 teams collocated.

Application - SAP Cross Functional Process Analyst
· SAP Process Analyst with experience implementing global IT solutions in SAP ECC 6; preferably for a global Oil and Gas company.
· Process knowledge across different modules including SD (e.g. pricing, order entry), MM (e.g. LIV, VIM), SCM (e.g. MIGO, TSW), and FI in order to design integrated solutions for transactional taxes such as VAT and excise, and additionally create designs for related legal reporting.
· Necessary skills include solution design with strong ability to read ABAP and execute effective root cause analysis, perform fit/gap analyses, apply SAP industry best practices, and define use cases for implementation in a global environment.
· Must have ability to work and communicate in English with business experts in order to understand and collect requirements, guide and advise on solution alternatives, and subsequently write functional and technical design specifications in English.
