Responsible for prioritizing SAP Support Team responsibilities related to providing design, configuration, and ad hoc/custom reporting capabilities to the business units with a focus on Plant Maintenance and Work Management related business areas (includes Engineering, Projects, Construction and Operations and Maintenance).  Serves as primary contact with SAP end users and process owners in a specified business area to understand ongoing process requirements (changes, modifications, improvements) and ensuing overall SAP data integrity for Electric and Gas Operations.


•Develops solutions and/or configuration changes to meet ongoing end user requirements. 
•Coordinates the review, testing, approval and implementation of approved changes and security access for the Electric and Gas Operation business units.
•Acts as team leader for SAP Support Analysts.  Leads prioritization and planning of SAP Support Team responsibilities in Plant Maintenance and Work Management.
•Provides timely and accurate solutions to the Electric and Gas Operation business areas, including unresolved SAP user requests from the service desk.
•Designs, configures and debugs related master data to maintain data requirements for interfaces such as GIS, CIS and Field Mobility systems and works with other SAP support functional team members to coordinate integration points.
•Develops, maintains, and updates documentation including Business Process Procedures (BPPs), reference materials, training materials.
•Change request/transport review and approval.
•Investigates the use of available SAP PM/WMS functionality not currently being utilized.

Skills and Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
•Equivalent work experience is acceptable
•At least 5 years of IT experience, including SAP Support experience
•Extensive understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance and Work Management systems.
•Broad knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures of Plant Maintenance and Work Management.
