Leadership Skills participating in the site planning addressing exceptions to the current design - managing deliverables and driving issue resolution (takes the lead to coordinate with our technology partners and our third party logistics provider to meet plan milestones)

Technical Leadership Understand the end to end integration and implications to SAP and some DLX (Warehouse Management System). Core skills would be a good understanding of order management, inventory management and procurement processes in SAP. Majority of the work is integration with 3PL provider via EDI.

• Participating in site planning would include active participation in Business Process Modeling (BPM) sessions for each site to identify gaps and process improvements.
• Functional Expertise a good understanding of a contract manufacturing / co-packing business model.
• Technical Expertise should also include SAP subcontracting model; integrations with SAP Supply Chain Management and planning. Experience with Nulogy and EDI/file transfer integrations is desirable.
