Experience: 10+ years (SAP & few years of WorkForce Systems)

Required Experience: WorkForce Systems (preferred partner of SAP SuccessFactors), Time and Leaves Management

Responsibilities:

* Utilize deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and WorkForce Systems to design and implement effective time and leaves management solutions.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive time management strategies.

* Configure and customize the WorkForce Systems (third-party time management system) to align with business needs and integrate seamlessly with SAP SuccessFactors.

* Perform system testing and ensure the accuracy and reliability of time management processes.

* Provide guidance and support to the project team, including training and documentation.
