Your day-to-day work will include:

Looking to join a talented, respected, and growing organization that rewards independence and ambition? We seek a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an SAP SuccessFactors Expert with Power BI Development expertise.

In this role, you will manage and optimize our organization's SAP SuccessFactors system, ensuring its effective implementation and integration with other HR systems. Additionally, you will develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will know SAP SuccessFactors modules and configuration and have strong Power BI development skills. *Linux and Database Administrator (DBA) experience preferred.*

In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors system, including modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruitment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement system enhancements, and ensure seamless integration with other HR systems and processes.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, providing guidance and support to HR and IT teams, system users, and stakeholders.
  • Conducting system audits and analyses to identify opportunities for system optimization, process improvements, and data accuracy.
  • Developing and maintaining interactive and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI, leveraging data from SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant sources.
  • Working closely with business users to understand their reporting needs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet them.
  • Performing data extraction, transformation, and modeling to ensure data integrity and consistency for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborating with the data team to establish data governance standards and best practices to maintain data quality and reliability.
  • Providing training and support to end users on SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI functionalities, empowering them to utilize the systems and reports effectively.
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI to incorporate relevant updates into system configurations and reporting solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and administration, with a deep understanding of various modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficient in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX queries.
  • Experience in data extraction, transformation, and integration from multiple sources into Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) is highly desirable.
  • Power BI certification(s) or relevant experience with other business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM and integration with SuccessFactors is advantageous.

This role is 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate through virtual meetings (Zoom), email, and Microsoft Teams. In this role, you must operate a lap computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.

Work hours:

Here at Aeyon we believe in creating an environment that fosters a healthy work/ life balance. The typical day consists of a 9-5 Monday-Friday work schedule totaling 40 hours per week, but we do realize that life happens, and things come up.
