Desired Skills and Experience

• 7 years of specific Project Management experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors platform and processes in a manufacturing environment.
• 2-3 year's experience in Work Force System is Mandatory
• Strong understanding of the SuccessFactors suite, including specific modules like Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at various levels within the organization, including executives, business leaders, IT teams, and end users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with implementation partner to ensure project plan contains required tasks, dates and resource assignments for on time delivery. Fill gaps where required.
• Coordinate with responsible parties within HR, IT and the HEM business to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Provide clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including regular updates on status, milestones, risks, and potential roadblocks. Help develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address any risks or roadblocks.
• Identify change management strategies to ensure smooth user adoption of the new system and provide support to end users to facilitate their transition to the new platform.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, training materials, and post-implementation reports.
• Identify required support structure for this platform post implementation, including system outage, break fix support and issue tracking.
