Job Description:

Summary: The SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and updates of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), specifically focusing on modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Payroll. This position will play a vital role in ensuring the system is optimized to meet the HR needs of the organization on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Maintenance:

    • Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
    • Collaborate with IT and vendors for necessary system updates and enhancements.

  • Data Integrity and Accuracy:

    • Monitor and maintain data integrity within the HRIS, resolving data discrepancies and ensuring accuracy of employee records and information.

  • User Support:

    • Provide timely support and assistance to end-users and HR team members in utilizing the HRIS effectively, addressing any system-related inquiries or issues.

  • Reporting and Analytics:

    • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to meet HR and business needs, utilizing HRIS data for insights and decision-making.

  • Compliance and Security:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant HR and data protection regulations, implementing and maintaining access controls and security protocols within the HRIS.

  • Documentation:

    • Create and update documentation, including process guides and system configurations, to support end-users and the HR team.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • [X years] of experience as an HRIS Analyst, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll).
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors maintenance and updates, with no prior implementation experience required.
