Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Analyst in Salt Lake City, UT.

Overview:
The candidate must proficiently manage SuccessFactors and SAP integrations, articulate design considerations, evaluate trade-offs, identify benefits, and offer technical solution architecture recommendations. The role involves supervising SAP features and functionality design and implementation, creating inventive solutions using SAP best practices. Throughout the project/program lifecycle, the analyst will design, develop, and configure solutions for complex SAP scenarios, providing subject matter expertise.

The main purpose is to provide value to Dyno Nobel Explosives by consulting with HR and Payroll partners and offering automated technical solutions for business processes. Managing the SuccessFactors IT application to sustain business operations, processes, and systems, including end-to-end SuccessFactors HR implementation and ancillary systems, is part of the role.

Duties:

• SAP SuccessFactors Analyst will be managing the implementation lifecycle to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions is a key responsibility
• Building relationships with Business Partners and collaborating with them and Functional teams to deliver global technical solutions are crucial
• Collaborating with the IT Solution Architect for application integration according to Enterprise guidelines is vital
• The role includes documenting global business and technical processes for application configuration and development, designing data structures, and data flow models
• The analyst must provide timely support and resolutions to SAP-related application support requests
