Main Objective:
Responsible for leading and managing the SAP landscapes with regard to Security policy and role/user access assignments. The position will focus on role maintenance, audit support, policy compliance, and user assignment enabling migration of applications, systems, platforms, and services to use IAM services. Ensure compliance with corporate policy and SAP standard methodology with regard to security settings. Must have an overall general understanding of SAP Security, an ability to tactically and effectively handle projects and policy updates associated with SAP access.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop centralized process for SAP security role administration in a multi-instance environment
- Work with other GIS teams to understand requirements, trends and strategy in order to support business projects regardless of complexity and scope.
- Serve as a trusted security adviser in administering IAM solution that facilitate user provisioning/de-provisioning, authentication/authorization, and reporting based on business needs, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements by working with Information Technology and Business Unit owners.
- Design and maintain security roles across all landscapes globally to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place and achieve targeted Service Level Agreements, audit compliance, and defined performance metrics.
- Refine existing methodology to update specific security activities and responsibilities
- Ensure that changes to roles and system are tested, approved and completed according to company standards. including regulatory and compliance requirements
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to drive process efficiencies
- Requires work outside of standard work hours to collaborate with offshore teams, or to help resolve high priority incidents
- Manage projects and ensures task deadlines are met

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree required
- 8+ years of SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration experience
- Experience with Segregation of Duties (SOD) resolution.
- Experience with user provisioning, role creation and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of at least one IAM platform (preferred)
- Strong understanding of authorization concept
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Experience in the field of Identity & Access Management (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- SAP Experience is mandatory; to include, in-depth knowledge of SAP GRC.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a complex environment.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC servers, workstations and laptops. Work with standard Microsoft environment computer applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
