**Job Overview:**
The Sr. Director of Supplier Management will source, initiate, and build partnerships with lodging providers. They will be responsible for the strategic direction of Lodging content in Concur products and will lead the effort in securing lodging supplier content. They will also be responsible for securing and negotiating TripLink agreements with suppliers in their categories whilst working in conjunction with local SAP and SAP Concur teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of TripLink. The position combines strategic abilities, business development, travel distribution knowledge, negotiation skills and general business acumen.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Prospecting, Sourcing and Signing high-value lodging supplier relationships.
+ Work with cross-functional team in maximizing success of partnership through collaboration and driving engagement process and launch activities with partners and employees.
+ Facilitate strategic account management with existing and new partnerships.
+ Lead and Participate in Corporate and Industry events pertaining to Travel and Supplier Strategy and Products.
+ Work closely with travel solution management in guiding our lodging solutions strategy.
+ Negotiating and Contracting with Suppliers and manage financial terms and conditions.
+ Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
**Qualifications**
+ Proven experience interacting with senior executives from hotel suppliers.
+ Existing relationships with executives from hotels, travel managers, and industry sources.
+ 5 years travel related experience with expertise in hotel supplier management at an OBT, GDS, TMC, OTA, or Meta search site or experience from the hotel side interacting with same parties.
+ 5 years experience negotiating partner/supplier agreements, partner management and development.
+ Experience with target identification, assessment, business case development, contract negotiation and integration.
+ Knowledge of hotel distribution strategy and compensation models.
+ Knowledge of GDS/TMC/corporate Travel distribution landscape.
+ BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
+ Ability to travel (~40%).
+ Ability to pass a background check.

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 169,600 - 381,100 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
