**The Team**

The Travel Solutions Management at SAP Concur is responsible for providing analytical and strategic direction to the Travel suite of products within SAP Concur.

Our team partners closely with Product, Market and Segment leaders across the T&E ecosystem to create alignment around Market opportunities, Product Priorities and Pricing Strategy with a solid framework that ensures optimal allocation of our R&D resources, maximum customer value and sustainable profitability.

**The Role**

This is an opportunity to dive into the intricacies of our Travel suite of products and help us solve complex problems dealing with the overarching demand to grow our business with competing opportunities such us Emerging markets, Small Business, Public Sector, etc.

+ Partner with Business Development team in charge of our portfolio of Travel Content Suppliers (Global Distribution Systems, Airlines, Hotels, etc.) to help them identify opportunities to develop and grow existing partnerships and maintain current revenue streams

+ Partner with Product owners to assess key drivers of Product success, such as Profitability, LTV/CAC, Utilization and identify highest value opportunities to improve performance

+ Collaborate with Product, Market and Segment owners to build and evaluate business cases for new products, expanded features and market expansions

+ Maintain a standardized framework for assessing Product and Market and Segment entry and exit on a recurring basis


+ Bachelors on Business, Economics or Science field

+ 0 2 years of experience in a Commercial Strategy role, preferable at a software company preferred

+ Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion

+ Experience applying critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills toward identifying opportunities and decisions

+ Experience with Microsoft products required (Excel, PowerPoint). SQL and Tableau are a plus

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 119,400 - 260,400 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
