The company is looking to hire someone that can help them remain imperative to their customers and the business as well.

This SAP Solutions Architect role is a long term contract need for an organization that is expanding rapidly and looking to interview candidates as soon as possible! FRG Technology Consulting is seeking qualified candidates to make their business and customers' needs met in the most efficient way.

Job Description

• 12+ Years of SAP Success Factor / HCM implementation experience , S/4 HANA experience preferred
• Should have SAP SF, SAP HCM certification
• Should have performed 4 to 5 Full Life cycle end to end Projects covering separately SAP SF Employee Central, SAP HCM-PA, HCM-PY in same or separate projects
• Should be proficient in all phases of implementation - project effort estimation, fit gap analysis, business process reengineering, issue resolution, configuration, custom code specifications, testing, training, go-live assistance and post implementation support processes
• Specifically should have experience of US & Canada Payroll practices and processes and mapping the same in SAP
• Should have ability to capture business needs ( stated and unstated ) , translate them into SAP solution designs and articulate them to business/end users
• Familiarity with SAP ESS & MSS
• Strong understanding of the SAP portfolio of solutions and specifically Next-Generation SAP Products
• Should have knowledge of SAP best practices in SAP HCM solutions
• Strong project management skills and SAP implementation methodologies; proven experience with SAP Activate
• Excellent customer facing written and verbal communication skills a must.
• Ability to articulate design solutions to both the business and IT
• Both a leader and team evangelist
