(US01) Location Naples Arthrex is a global medical device company leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is looking for an SAP Test Professional responsible for leading and performing the testing of SAP applications, modules, and business processes. The Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst will work with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 as a test management tool, and TOSCA is a test automation tool. The SQA Analyst will interact with various application team members (Business Analysts, Application Analysts), including SQA testers onsite and offshore within the IT division of Arthrex. The SQA Analyst will be part of a dynamic software test team with established standards and processes supporting best practices in both manual and automated testing of projects, enhancements, upgrades, and defect fixes. Excellent communications and analytical skills, test automation experience, and a Bachelors Degree will be essential for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform testing on end-to-end SAP DP, PPDS, QM, MES, PM, and PLM business processes. Responsible for all test planning, execution, and reporting activities. Apply SAPs Solution Manager 7.2 test management methodology to design tests and testing strategies.Based on business and functional requirements, identify testing scenarios and develop test cases to includetest objectives, pre-requisites, test steps, and expected results. Execute planned and exploratory testing utilizing manual and automated test cases to assure the quality of an applications usability and functionality. Document actual test results and defects. Responsible for all testing artifacts test plans, test cases, automated test scripts, test summary report, requirement traceability matrix, KPIs, etc. Communicate issues identified during testing activities to the CoE team and recommend processapplication improvements to management. Represent SQA on applicationproject teams and inproject planning, requirement gathering, and software development meetings. Attend project status meetings, provide SQA status, and work with the PM to define SQA tasks and estimates for the project schedule. Manage SQA tasks and deadlines as test leadSME for assigned project(s). Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree Required Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance performing UI, Functional, and Regression testing of either packaged, custom developed, web, andor mobile applications required Experience with testing relational databases database querying skills required ERP knowledge and testing experience highly preferred Experience with using Solution Manager 7.2 test management tool or other Test Management tools preferred. Experience using (running scripts) and developing automation scripts in TOSCA TTA preferred. Experience in testing emergency application defects in production systems, system patches, maintenance releases, enhancement releases, and implementations of new applications required. Performing this within an SAP environment is highly preferred. Experience in analyzing business, functional, and technical requirementsspecifications and developing and executing structuredmethodical test cases to prove fulfillment of requirements and viability of application usage and functionality required Knowledge expert in SAP ERP systems, preferred. Transfer Requirement (TR) and Transfer Order (TO) for a Production order Capacity Requirement Planning (CRP) Procurement Keys and the difference between External Internal Procurement keys Concept of Batches - Batch Classification characteristics, Shelf Life Expiry Date (SLED) Intercompany STO and Subcontracting cycle basic knowledge Stocks - Restricted, Unrestricted, Quality, Consignment, and Stock-in-Transit Goods Issue and Goods Receipts for Production order-related documents (Accounting, Controlling, and Material Ledger) Inspection Lot and Master Inspection Characteristics include result recording usage decision in Inspection Lot Maintenance notification, Order, and Confirmation cycle knowledge SAP SCM-APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) Demand Planning (DM), Supply Network Planning (SNP), and Production Planning and detailed scheduling (PPDS) Concept of Core Interface Function (CIF) - Idea of Integration model and Inbound and Outbound Queue Monitoring.
