• 10+ years of SAP Service Delivery experience
• Past experience in managing SAP accounts including SAP partner relationships
• Experience in managing large teams globally is mandatory
• Experience in estimation pricing models/Change Management/Governance
• Expertise in driving AMS initiatives – Simplifications, efficiencies and transformation targets to align with budgeted P&L
• Engagement SLA adherence for support & enhancements
• Upkeeping Knowledge management, best practices and industry recommendations
• Conducting daily operations review to manage service levels
• Proficient in conducting internal, external reviews with senior/executive leadership
• Strong understanding of contract teams – MSA, SOW etc.,
