Main Objective:
Management of Global SAP Security function, including SAP ECC, BW and HCM systems. The SAP Security Manager implements, executes and monitors Governance Risk and Compliance solutions, and promotes GRC policy awareness, and/or tracks and reports on compliance in line with established Arthrex policies, processes and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define, standardize and govern all systems, applications, & products identity and access management related policies, processes, procedures, workflows, tools and controls in accordance with leading practices, experience, and business needs.
- Advance the SAP Security support capabilities at Arthrex, along with building an effective team of FTEs and strong Support Partner relationship.
- Manage the workload of the SAP Security team for all SAP and bolt-on systems, including but not limited to SAP ECC, HANA, BI/BW, HCM, Fiori, etc..., in accordance with SAP leading practices and Arthrex policies and procedures.
- Work with other GIS teams to understand requirements, trends and strategy in order to support business projects regardless of complexity and scope.
- Design and maintain security roles across all landscapes globally to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place and achieve targeted Service Level Agreements, audit compliance, and defined performance metrics.
- Regularly interact with management, internal and external partners to increase the security posture at a corporate level to ensure the management of user accounts is accurate, effective and meets internal and external audit requirements
- Ensure that changes to roles and system are tested, approved and completed according to company standards.

- Develop metrics and reports to monitor and measure demand and performance against SLAs with regular reporting to other GIS management
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to drive process efficiencies
- Requires work outside of standard work hours to collaborate with offshore teams, or to help resolve high priority incidents
- Manage projects and ensures task deadlines are met
- Prepare budgets and participate in global GIS strategy discussions

Education and Experience:
- 10+ years experience supporting and managing SAP Security required
- 5+ years experience managing a hybrid staffing model including internal and partner resources located both locally and remotely
- 3+ years direct management/supervisory experience required
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field required, Masters in MIS/CIS preferred
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Strong project management skills (PMP certification a plus)
- SAP Expecrience is mandatory; to include, in-depth knowledge of SAP GRC.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC servers, workstations and laptops. Work with standard Microsoft environment computer applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
