Job Description

SAP Security Administration Co-Op (will train). Work with a small team of experienced technologists at our 1500 Spring Garden location.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

  • Current enrollment in a college or university
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs -Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written communication skills

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Process new user access requests, modifications of existing user accounts, and the deactivation of user records
  • Creation of email accounts, distribution lists, public folders, and other aspects of email related tasks.
  • Creation and maintenance of all network shares, security groups, and file permissions as it pertains to the LAN.
  • Assist with creating and modifying SAP roles.
  • Provide first level technical support, researching and assisting with providing resolution to network and email access tickets.
  • Troubleshoot SAP access issues, User Administration and general security questions

What You Need To Bring To The Table:

  • Ability to troubleshoot SAP security errors using SU53 and trace functionality.
  • Assists in identifying gaps in security administration processes and procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot SAP security errors using SU53 and trace functionality.
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
