Our client is a high-end global retail fashion company that has been in business for 50+ years. They are currently seeking to hire an SAP SD Integration and Support Specialist to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$110k – $120k

Position Overview:

Our client is currently in a rush to hire a dedicated SAP SD Integration and Support Specialist to be the primary point of contact for SAP-related activities in the United States. As the only person in the US, you will work independently, collaborating with the overseas team based in Italy. Fluent or proficient Italian language skills are a huge plus for effective communication with the Italy team. Your main responsibility will be integrating and supporting the new retail system with SAP, ensuring security measures are in place, and providing support to the US staff.

Responsibilities of the SAP SD Integration and Support Specialist:

  • Integrate and support the new retail system with SAP, ensuring seamless operations and data flow.
  • Maintain security measures within the SAP system, implementing necessary protocols and access controls.
  • Collaborate with the Italy team on SAP-related projects, sharing insights and knowledge to optimize system performance.
  • Provide technical support to the US staff, addressing SAP-related issues, and offering guidance on system usage.
  • Assist in user management tasks, such as creating PC user profiles in Active Directory and assigning roles/properties.
  • Utilize your expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) to enhance the processes, especially in the fashion vertical.
  • Work closely with colleagues who primarily speak Italian, using your language skills to facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications for the SAP SD Integration and Support Specialist:

  • 2+ years of experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
  • Possess basic system knowledge, including proficiency in Office 365, domain PC installations and other relevant system tools.
  • Familiarity with the fashion vertical within SAP SD is highly desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of MM (Material Management) is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel is required
  • Italian language skills are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory profiling and domain PC installation is essential.

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
