Iimplementing many delivery improvements.  One delivery improvement is the SAP Plate Product OTC Project. The enhancement requires change in our production to the SD modules of SAP.  The project has started and will continue through Oct. 2019.  An SD/VC resource is needed now/asap.   This resource will work closely with the business subject matter experts and other IT project team members including the Lead SAP Functional Architect for the project.  The project is currently staffed with several other SAP Functional Consultants and an off-shore development team as well as a Project Manager.  

Candidate must be strong in SAP Variant Configuration (VC)

This position wil be responsible for supporting on-going projects and the SAP production envoirnment as needed. Working under minimal supervision, this candidate will lead the build efforts for the SAP Plate OTC Project.  This position is onsite.  Other Responsibilities include:
• Knowlegde of discrete industry and manufacture environment.
• Configure SAP SD components, write functional specifications and help develop and define master data
• Document business process and technical design.
• Work closely with the business and other teams including an off-shore development (ABAP) team and the on-site Middleware (Websphere) team.
• Complete unit testing, integration, UAT testing and plan migration into production.
• Write and support business users in developing test scripts, coordinate testing and document results for your assignment.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of the best solution from many possible alternatives, to handle various business needs as they arise.
• Assist in the coordination of the adoption of new business procedures resulting from system improvements, through the development of documentation, training, and communication plans.
