Description
*Do you know the production support and configuration (customer master and output types of billing) side of GTS?
*Need someone that can write functional specs and work with technical teams
*Nee someone that wants to do the technical work
*Need strong OTC experience

What he is looking for:
-They are already implementing S4 HANA -Greenfield
-Need experience writing functional specs for SAP SD
-Basic SD knowledge: Walk me through pricing configuration, pricing tables, different feeds, what do they do, etc.
-Tell me about the tax configuration - walk me through it.
-Master Data: Customer Master and Material Master how do you configure this and what are the different views, how do you configure and what are they used for?
-Experience working with different sales documents types, how are they configured, etc.
-Output determination within SD
-Item Categories within SD- how do you configure and what are the different usage of those categories, etc.
-Billing document- what is it, how do we configure
-Shipping point - within SD
-Account Determination
-Copy Controls - copying from one doc to another doc
-Incompletion Log
-Bill of Materials (BOM)
-SD/FI Interface
-SD/MM Interface
**If someone has been through an implementation end to end they should know how to speak to all of this experience.
Pluses:
-S4 HANA is a plus
-BRIM- would be a plus
Updates Notes to Discuss with Candidates:
They don't need this person to do the design -they already have a service integrator partner who is doing the implementation. Just need someone who knows GTS configuration and support to provide internal support/checks and balance for the efforts throughout the implementation.
Also candidates should know that at EPRI GTS is pretty small and out of the box so would not be full blown usage of GTS. They have very contained GTS requirements - no new implementation coming in the pipeline. Just really need someone to support GTS for export control and compliance. This will be 50% of the job.
The other 50% this person will be helping on any other areas of SAP they have experience with or are willing to learn: OTC, SD, FICO, etc.
Although their focus is on GTS, this person needs to be a team player and work well in an environment where they may be asked to learn something new or help out where needed. Selling point is room to grow, being a part of an S/4 HANA implementation team and willing to convert FTE.
