Requirement:12-15 years of experience in SAP Experience managing and/or leading implementation 10 years of Project Management experienceProven success from a leadership standpoint on projects managedDeveloping work plansAgile experienceS/4 experience requiredResponsibilities:Managing deadlines and the coordination of project teamEstimating project skill requirements Working with deployment to identify appropriate resources and managing their integration into the teamDefining and agreeing on deliverables and milestonesSetting and controlling scope and communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholdersOverall team management to include regular evaluations, budget management, and risk management Ability to work closely with process owners and other key stakeholders Ability to communicate progress, vision, and facilitate buy-in Excellent oral/written communication Organization and teaming skillsAbility to develop strong relationships with client middle and executive managementMust have a minimum 4 years of SAP Project Management experienceMultiple and successful full-lifecycle projectsAbility to demonstrate sales, leadership, and managerial skills
