About Us:

Middle River Aerostructure Systems is a world-leading manufacturer of thrust reverses (the braking system on a jet engine), engine nacelle components and specialized aerostructures. It supplies and supports these products for engine makers, airplane manufacturers and aircraft operators. Located on Maryland's Chesapeake Bay near Baltimore, MRAS has a 1.7-million sq. ft. facility situated on 180 acres - where the company and its predecessors have designed, built and equipped civil and military aircraft for nearly 90 years. In 2019, MRAS was acquired by VT Systems, the U.S. affiliate of Singapore-based ST Engineering - becoming a part of its global network of aerospace facilities and offices. With the ownership change, the company was renamed Middle River Aerostructure Systems.


•Knowledge of and experience with SAP PEO and configuration considerations in SAP S/4HANA

•Production Planning (PP) knowledge and experience

•Background in Complex Assembly Manufacturing Solution

•Basic understanding of SAP CAMS/Shop Floor Automation

•Knowledge of CAMS, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Quality Management (QM), and Inventory Management (IM)

•Comes with a firm understanding on the SAP technology platform product capabilities and architecture

•Act as a trusted advisor and design large scale transformations

•Build solutions by independently researching valid implementation options

•Accomplish and identify solutions for defined project tasks during planning, implementation, configuration, and testing

•Sets up sub-topic expert groups and assigns leads for each expert group

•Ability to debug issues and identify solution or design changes

•Knowledge of reporting in S4/HANA and SAP Analytic Cloud tool (SAC)

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

•Strong written and verbal communication skills

•May require travel of up to 20%


•Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

•Minimum 3-5 years' experience in SAP S/4HANA PEO Module

•Experience with minimum of 1 full cycle implementation, 3 preferably

•Understanding of industry specific business processes (if applicable)

Managerial Experience

•Periodic responsibilities as a sub project or work stream leader
