We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP S/4 FICO Consultant to play a key role in the SAP greenfield implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective SAP implementation and support in alignment with the companys objectives. As the SAP S/4 FICO consultant, you will be instrumental in driving business success through optimizing our ERP solutions and processes.

Essential *

  • Collaborate with the global teams to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions.
  • Work with business process owners and customers to analyze and solve business problems. Works on complex and high impact issues. Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis and suggests the best course of action.
  • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA FICO modules to meet business needs while ensuring best practices and system optimization.
  • Provide end-to-end support for SAP S/4HANA FICO applications, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and conducting regular system maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA FICO with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Perform system testing, documentation, and user training to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.
  • Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA FICO trends, best practices, and new features to recommend improvements and optimizations.
  • Provide timely and effective communication with the US-based team, ensuring all project milestones and objectives are met.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to SAP S/4HANA FICO projects.

    1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2. 8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, including implementation, configuration, and support.
    3. 5+ years of In-depth and hands on knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Asset Accounting) and Controlling (Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, and Internal Order) modules.
    4. Knowledge on Group Reporting, SACp, Project Systems, FSCM (Dispute Management, Credit Management, Collection Management and BCM)
    5. Hands On Experience on VERTEX and Open Text
    6. Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.
    7. Strong ability and experience in writing Functional Specs
    8. SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
    9. Ability to work in a cross-functional and international team environment.
    10. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
